Salem Jazz Festival, Sway Katz Big Band

Sway Katz Big Band to perform at Jazz in July Salem Festival 2026 on July 18 at 3pm.

This year I’m excited to be joining the Sway Katz for a performance at the Salem Jazz in July Festival with four other bands selected by Lenny Marcus each year. We kick off the festival at 3pm.  Bring your chairs or a blanket, picnic and settle in for an afternoon of jazz and a free concert that the city of Salem provides every year for the people.

SALEM’S JAZZ IN JULY ANNOUNCES LINEUP FOR 25TH YEAR
A popular Salem summer tradition returns on Saturday, July 18 as Jazz in July celebrates its 25th year at Longwood Park. This FREE day of live music begins at 3 p.m. and features five incredibly talented acts selected by local jazz enthusiast Lenny Marcus.

Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy an afternoon and evening of music at the Longwood Park Amphitheater. Admission is always free.
